Sasaran utama dari Konsep Lean dalam dunia logistik adalah eliminasi Waste (pemborosan), penurunan inventory WIP, penurunan Lead Time proses dan yang paling utama adalah meningkatkan aliran dan kapabilitas Rantai Supply (Supply Chain Capability and Flow)

Iwan Nova, MBA CPIM CSCP

Pengalaman 20 tahun dalam bidang manufacturing beberapa perusahaan MNC seperti Mitsubishi Electric, Sony, Mattel, Pirelli Cables. Lulus dari ITB teknik elektro dan mendapatkan MBA dari Monash University, mendapatkan sertifikasi CPIM (Certified Production Inventory APICS (American Production Inventory Control Society) pada tahun 2005. Pernah mengikuti berbagai short courses di manca negara seperti di Amerika, Malaysia, Jepang dan China. Ia telah men-deliver berbagai topik training dalam area operation management di berbagai perusahaan baik secara in house ataupun public.

Lulus dari ITS Teknik Mesin di tahun 1993 dan mempunyai pengalaman selama 15 tahun dalam bidang manufacturing, Quality Management System, Continuous Improvement Program, Training People Development di beberapa perusahaan MNC seperti ATT (USA), Sinoca Electronics (Taiwan) Pirelli Cables (Italia) Geomed (Jerman). Dalam perjalanan karirnya Imanadi juga pernah mengikuti short course di luar negeri seperti di Singapura dan Amerika Serikat. Ia telah memberikan beberapa topik training in house di beberapa perusahaan.
